- With Service Providers: We may share your personal information with service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact you.

Retention of Your Personal Data
EVOLUTZ will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
EVOLUTZ will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the
functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Security Breaches
We record any and all instances of security breaches to our collected personal data and information and will advise you in the event of any security breaches that impact any of our collected personal data and

Personal Information Assessments (“PIA”)
We will perform PIAs prior to any transfer, system change/upgrade, or any other activity that may inappropriately expose your personal data and information. PIAs are risk assessments. We will ensure that we always employ reasonable measures with respect to our collection, retention, and use of your personal data and information.
