Return & Refund Policy

  1. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Evolutz Inc. (“Evolutz”).
  2. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the Buyer of merchandise product(s) through the Evolutz website www.evolutz.com.
  3. The term “merchandise product(s)” refers to any good purchased through the Evolutz website www.evolutz.com.
  4. The term “order” refers to the full order of merchandise product(s) purchased through the Evolutz website www.evolutz.com.
  5. SALES OF ALL PERSONALISED MERCHANDISE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. In the event your order is confirmed as having been received damaged or as having quality issues, it will be replaced free of charge.
  6. In the event your order is received damaged, or you discover aquality issue with the merchandise product, you must notifyEvolutz via email at service@evolutz.com within 30 calendar days to request a refund or a replacement. The 30 calendar days begin from the date of receipt of the order. For clarity, the date of receipt means the date of delivery of the merchandise product(s).
  7. Evolutz reserves the right to ask you to return the order that is claimed to be damaged or as having quality issues. Upon receipt of the returned product, Evolutz reserves the right to fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.
  8. If you are entitled to a refund, Evolutz will refund the purchase price, including shipping and handling fees, using the original method of payment within 15 calendar days.
